I haven’t posted in while because I’ve been busy with other things, although I have been making cards. Several people have ordered cards from me so I’ve been busy with those. I’ll also be celebrating a bunch of family birthdays, now that we’re all vaccinated, and I’ve been making cards for them. But my latest was for Altenew’s latest monthly challenge. These colors just makes my heart sing, so spring-like. Here is my card to celebrate April.

I wanted the focal image to be blue like the eggs, surround by the purple and green. The focal image, Grateful Heart, was stamped and heat embossed with white embossing powder, then watercolored. The surrounding images were stamped.

I’ll be taking a month off from my Altenew classes to spend time with family. But hope to be back at it in May.
