On to my next Altenew Academy class. I’ve looked through this class, and although I’m a seasoned card maker I know I’m going to love this class. Sometimes, even though you know a technique, taking classes like these reminds you of techniques you’ve forgotten, or gives you a new perspective on an old technique.

For this class she suggested we stamp and die cut on vellum. She used butterflies, but I don’t have any butterfly stamp and die sets so I used the flowers from Persian Motifs.

I stamped and embossed using silver embossing powder and I think it turned out gorgeous.
